I am so grateful for this cleanse! It helped me to really understand that small shifts can make a big difference. A couple of hours of meal prepping on a Sunday set me up for the first part of the week so nicely. It took the guess work out of what we would eat and didn't leave us resorting to poor choices due to convenience. I also loved the variety of recipes and how easy they were to put together.
